Portraiture as Contemporary Practice

Isolate, by definition, cause a person or place to be or remain alone or apart from others. The opposite of what you would think about when moving to university. From my personal journey of being a student who moved from my hometown to an entirely new place where I didn't know any people and have started living with 5 strangers. It can be isolating, and often you feel alone and trapped in the four walls of your flat. This is an isolating feeling I have never felt. The loneliness is a natural feeling I didn't expect, and nothing you can do about it. You can not break the useless cycle of being trapped in your own room. This is Trapped in Student Accommodation.
